Low Fat Chocolate Mint Truffles

Dessert lovers will love these delicious low-fat desserts. It is true that you can really have your cake and eat it too!

Ingredients

4 ounces low-fat cream cheese
1 16-ounce box caster sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup semisweet mint chocolate chips
1/4 cup additional sifted powdered sugar
Mint chocolate chips for garnish (optional)

Preparation

Place the mint chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish and heat for 45 seconds. Stir the bites and heat for another 10-15 seconds or until melted. Remove the melted bites and let them cool.
Add softened low-fat cream cheese to melted fries and beat with hand mix for 2 minutes.

These low-fat mint chocolate truffles can be stored for up to a month in the refrigerator.

Crispy apple cobbler

Ingredients

1 cup instant oatmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour
5 large apples
1 – 8-ounce can frozen thawed apple concentrate
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 – Can of Dairy Free Whipped Cream

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9X9-inch baking pan.
Cut the apples into thin slices.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and remove any lumps.
Pour 1/4 of the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread most of the apple slices on top of the mixture.
Pour the remaining mixture carefully over the apples.
Complete the mixture with the remaining apple slices.
Bake the apple mixture for 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven.
Garnish the Apple Crisp Cobbler with non-dairy whipped cream and serve warm.

Strawberry tart

Ingredients

1 to 16 ounce container of low-fat strawberry yogurt
1- container of low-fat whipped topping
1 liter of strawberries (sliced)
1 package regular, honey, or chocolate graham cracker dough

Preparation

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry yogurt and chilled smoothie well with a mixer. Add the strawberries and mix them with a large spoon.

2. Pour yogurt, cold shake, and sliced ​​strawberry mixture over graham cracker crust.

3. Fill the base with the strawberry shortcake filling. Cover with plastic warp and place in the refrigerator until the pie filling is firm about 3 hours.

4. You can add a garish touch with leftover strawberries.
