Makeup tips for brown eyes
Brown eyes come in many different shades, so let’s look at a kaleidoscope of colors to help us enhance eye color. The opposite colors will be complementary, so they will work to illuminate each other. For example: red and green, orange and blue, purple and yellow. Liquid eyeliner is much more dramatic and can be applied over the top of the eyeliner for added intensity or under the eyeshadow to enhance the shape of the eyes. Both techniques ensure a long-lasting eyeliner.
To line the eyes in the most natural way, use a small, firm brush and apply eyeshadow as an eyeliner. Make the most of your dark brown eyes, using soft pinks to enhance them. Wear brown mascara for the day and black / brown mascara for evening or special occasions. However, keep your eyeliner to a minimum. Use it to gently frame your eyes. Avoid all black as it tends to be too strong. Chocolates, deep plums, and smudged coals on your lashes will do the trick. You may want to try adding a very subtle outline in a soft mushroom color on the brow bone just above the crease and blending it in gently.
