Benefits of Eating Raw Chinese Ginger Soup to Start the Day

According to many doctors’ reports and observations, many cancer patients after recovering from severe radiotherapy and chemotherapy, their body will have some kind of very weak signs such as lack of appetite to eat, can’t take cold dishes, fear of cold, stomach pain, easy to have diarrhea. Ingredients: 6 pieces of raw ginger slice, 6 pieces of red dates, 30 grams of cane sugar

Advice:

1. Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning right after you get out of bed.

2. It is not recommended to drink at night.

3. Some people may have a sore throat after taking this, you can actually add 6 pieces of dried black sour plum, as it has the effect of reducing the heat caused by ginger.
