Excavator 360 Data Sheet

Excavators are typically very large vehicles that are used efficiently in the construction industry and are used to transport, dig, and move large or heavy objects. Although they are not limited to only using a bucket to dig since the attachments can be replaced by various tools such as servo motors, sharpeners and others, which convert them into forklifts; its uses are almost endless

The driver sits inside the house section, usually surrounded by heavy-duty protective windows and a metal roof. It is from within this compartment that you can manipulate exactly what the 360 Excavator does, where it moves, how fast it travels and how high it reaches. Excavators like this one usually have an extendable boom, which can reach great heights, which is especially useful on a construction site or rocky terrain. This powerful machinery sits on tracks most of the time, much like a tank does, but some are equipped with large sprockets. Depending on the surface for which it is required to be used, the decision is made as to which stabilizers should be used. Crawler excavators are particularly useful for traveling across flat terrain very quickly, while the larger wheels can help get up and down uneven surfaces without tipping or slipping, which could cause injury to the operator.

The boom is controlled from the driver’s cab and they simulate with their thumb controls what they want it to do. To extend the boom they will slide a control up, to rotate the houses they use a circular hand control. Some of the excavators can even turn a full circle and are called 360 excavators. They are designed for use where ground movement may not be much of a possibility so having such full capabilities they can still be used and done the work correctly.

Excavators, depending on their type and size, can be used for hundreds of different applications, from digging, mining, moving heavy objects, carrying wide loads, such as pallet jacks, river dredging, and even demolition with a different attachment on the end of the boom. They are extremely versatile machines and can have bucket attachments, tine attachments for breaking asphalt, double tines for carrying boxes or pallets, or wrecking balls. All this is done with the same main excavator 360 and different parts are added to it.

All excavators generally come in a variety of types. Micro excavators are favorably used for smaller tasks such as home extensions, debris removal, and garden landscaping. The largest machinery can weigh over 10 tons very easily and is more likely to tackle massive construction projects and carry anything up to half its body weight in asphalt, lumber or bricks used in trade. Some of the larger models can boast a power output of over 3000bhp, which is the amount of 30 average family cars.
