It doesn’t matter if you are male or female, young or old, fat or skinny, everyone can have lean and defined abs. However, you need to know which exercises are the best and include them in your abs training program. There are many effective exercises for toning the abs, however the most effective one is called crunches. You may have seen how it’s done, however there are so many different variations of this exercise and I’ll only tell you about one of them. Okay, let’s start with the basic crunch. This exercise is very simple, it should be included in your abdominal training program if you are looking to tone your abs. Lie on your back and bend your knees. You can place your hands on your chest or behind your head. There’s no difference. Then start lifting yourself up using your abs. When you reach the end of the crisis, exhale. Then lower back down.
