What is your "QQS" Classification?

One of my favorite books to draw ideas from is Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. While reviewing the book recently, I was struck by some important points about what leads to success when you market your services to someone else in network marketing. Whether you’re marketing your core business or leading with value through inbound marketing, you’re marketing yourself as someone who can provide solutions to your target group. With this in mind, we examined the “QQS” formula which outlines 3 simple things to keep in mind when marketing by taking a few key points from Hill himself and putting a network marketing vision into each one:

1) Quality of Service – This means that you are thinking through every detail, related to what you are offering, within your own authority, in the most efficient way possible, with the end result of increased efficiency in mind.

You have to provide people with the solution that you are presenting to your prospect. As an example, you describe to your prospect that you are going to do phone training with him once a week for a month to teach him how to talk to prospects on the phone. This is something they care about, so they sign up with you, not only do you need to contact them on the phone 4 times over the next month, you better walk them through the exact practices you described. With online marketing, you have an offer for a specific type of training on your site, when they sign up, it must match exactly what you describe. This is just to name a few examples, and it applies to most situations. Be true to your word!

2) Amount of Service: This is the process of getting into the habit of providing the service you are advertising, at all times, and with the mindset of increasing the amount of service you are providing as your knowledge and skill allow. It is especially important to note the word habit.

This builds on the Quality of Service point because as your team becomes more capable, you need to be ready to offer them the tools they need to continue to grow and improve their skills as a network marketer. You can do this by offering training that becomes more advanced as they go through the process.

3) Spirit of Service: the service is provided with the idea that there is agreement and harmony that inspires cooperation and success for you and everyone in your group

From the perspective of Andrew Carnegie, he attached the utmost importance to the spirit and harmony of his business partners, so much so that it did not matter the quality or quantity of the service that one of his employees rendered to his organization, if his conduct did not coincide with his If you demand harmony in your business, you would not keep them on your team. In network marketing, this is critical as you need to have a positive relationship on your team, they need to trust you, and you trust them to conduct business ethically. This point is also outlined in the idea of being yourself when you are prospecting, because the people who accompany you will unite because they will be able to associate with you and your MLM Ideas that separate you as someone who can provide solutions. If you don’t represent yourself correctly, this will lead to disharmony in your group in the future when they realize that you are not the person they perceived you to be.
